Each service is tailored to individual needs and circumstances. Once Abhijeet Batsa begins providing personalized coaching, advice, or access to Dreamnaire™ products, significant resources are invested in your success.

2.3 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, income levels, or results. Success depends on various factors including but not limited to your effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances.


3. WEBINAR REFUND POLICY

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of webinar completion
  • Condition: Refunds are available if you find the webinar content not valuable or not as described
  • Process: Contact team@abhijeetbatsa.com with your refund request and reason

3.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • You may be required to provide feedback on why the content was not valuable

  • 4-month mentorship programs
  • 6-month coaching programs
  • 1-year coaching programs

4.1.2 Group Coaching Programs

  • All group coaching sessions and programs
  • Mastermind programs
  • Cohort-based courses with coaching elements

4.2 Reasons for Non-Refundable Policy

  • Personalized Attention: Each program is customized to your specific needs and circumstances
  • Resource Allocation: Significant time and resources are invested in program preparation and delivery
  • Opportunity Cost: Coaching slots are limited and held exclusively for you
  • Immediate Value Delivery: Value is delivered from the first session onwards

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Audio programs
  • Dreamnaire OS™ methodology materials
  • Certification programs
  • Digital templates and tools
  • Podcasts
  • Speaking Engagements
  • Corporate Trainings
  • Affiliate
  • In-house and In-person Workshops
  • Partner Training Programs
  • Summits, Meetups, Treats
  • Merchandise, Physical Products
  • SaaS and Software Memberships
  • Subscriptions of any type

5.2 Rationale

  • Immediate Access: Once digital products are accessed or downloaded, they cannot be “returned”
  • Intellectual Property: Our proprietary content and methodologies represent significant intellectual investment
  • Prevention of Abuse: To prevent unauthorized copying and distribution

6. WORKSHOPS AND LIVE EVENTS – NON-REFUNDABLE

6.1 Live Events

  • In-person workshops and seminars
  • Online live training sessions
  • Bootcamps and intensive programs
  • Networking events and meetups

6.2 Special Circumstances

  • In case of Event cancellation, the Company will revert with the reschedule options.
  • The Company will not be considered responsible if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

7. PAYMENT PLANS AND INSTALLMENTS

  • If you have chosen a payment plan, you remain obligated to complete all payments regardless of your continued participation
  • Stopping payments does not constitute a cancellation or refund
  • Missed payments may result in service suspension and additional fees

  • No refunds are available for payments already made in installment plans

8. FREE TRIALS AND CONSULTATIONS

9. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

You’ve to be physically and mentally fit to attend the coaching services. Once you’ve bought any service from us, no refund will be processed except for Webinars.


10. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

10.1 Our Responsibility

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Service credits or extensions may be provided for prolonged disruptions
  • In case of any technical issues, sessions will be rescheduled.

10.2 User Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for having adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices
  • Technical issues on the user’s end do not qualify for refunds
  • We recommend testing your setup before important sessions

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
